Your Human Operating System Needs Debugging
Your resources are being hogged by buggy software like stress.exe, anxiety.exe
and self-doubt.exe
.
You’ve run other programs like breath_meditation.exe
to try to fix your system, but they failed to get at your deepest issues.
“Maybe I’m doing the wrong practice,” you thought. So you went back to spirituality.com and downloaded more software: vipassana.exe
, yoga.exe
, mantra_repetition.exe
…
“Maybe I’m not trying hard enough,” you thought. But the more resources you dedicated to effort.exe
, the more your old bugs came back.
And you’ve been stuck in a cycle of spiritual burnout ever since.
Here’s the problem: you’re trying to solve your problems on the same level you’re creating them.
I’m here to help you hit ctrl+alt+delete
. No matter what you’re involved in, you can use this shortcut to simply “zoom out”, rest a moment, and see all the processes you’re running.
The more moments you spend zoomed out, the more you see how unnecessary your buggy software is.
The more you see how unnecessary your buggy software is, the less resources you dedicate to it.
And the less resources you dedicate to your buggy software, the more likely it is to self-terminate!
When it does, you’re left running in Default Mode, which is naturally, effortlessly clear, peaceful and effective.
About Me
My name is Dan Goldfield, and I studied with a monk for 5 years.
He gave me lineage to the Buddha after I saved my mother’s life by teaching her the dharma following her suicide attempt. But I knew the traditional teachings and practices needed an update. So I partnered with a neuropsychologist and synthesized my understanding with her academic knowledge.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of people debug their human operating system for remarkable results:
One ended a 14-year dependency on antidepressants
One took leadership of a $1M sales team
One ended 50 years of spiritual seeking
One defeated lifelong stage fright
One defeated a debilitating phobia of nausea and sickness
One made peace with her parents after severe childhood neglect
Many others used the teaching to simply free up their system resources and optimize their functioning.
If this resonates with you, the first step in debugging your own system is to read the featured post on my Substack. I’ll teach you how to hit ctrl+alt+delete
, then share a link to my 1-minute system_diagnostic.exe
so I can check your functioning and send you some free, personalized guidance.
With love from my desk,
Dan 💙
P.S. I’ll be writing way more about all of this on Substack, and talking about it on YouTube. Hit the button below to get notified when I publish.
P.S. I’m not just writing content here; I’m building a community. I’m speaking with dozens of people just like you right now who are keen to support you—and be supported by you—as you go through what can be a very isolating process. Click the button below and send “COMMUNITY” to raise your hand.
Note: students with diagnosable mental health conditions are recommended to engage in primary healthcare alongside their work with me.
